Halls Gap
Last night we studied the guide pamphlet and decided on a walk to a lookout point called the Pinnacles.
After breakfast in our unit we wandered into town where we couldn’t resist a pastry and a coffee.
We then set off on our 10km hike, with about 500m of climbing.

The path was really well made, lots of work has been done on the stonework with makes up much of it.
We took our time and enjoyed the views.

Finally we achieved the summit. The views were amazing.

Then we headed down by a different path which was again in really good nick but our knees were protesting a bit by the time we finally made back to the village.

Ice cream to celebrate a job well done then home for a shower. A friend hopeful of some ice cream.

Early dinner and an early night as we’re both a bit pooped.
